Who we are
We are an international Human Rights organisation which makes public the inhumane and involuntary experiments with neuroweapons, used on innocent citizens.
In many countries, people are persecuted and tortured with highly-advanced microwave systems-tech weapons, via satellite, and through 5G. “Directed Energy Weapons” (DEW) work with electromagnetic radiation and penetrate house walls and other solid objects. Implanted telemetry technology makes them easy to be used and to cause unlimited harm to a victim’s body.
Neuroweapons can cause a variety of permanent effects on the body and brain. Effected individuals experience severe pain, heat and burns, an increase in pulse rate and shocks along with difficulty in concentrating, dizziness, and many other reactions. The attacks can also cause cancer. “Voice to Skull technology” (V2K) is widely used also in this targeting process.
Our goal at ICATOR is to expose the inhumane crimes around human experimentation and reverse this control and power over people. We are a union of many international groups fighting against this torture.
ICATOR has representatives around the world in Belgium, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, China, the USA and the UK.
We are working towards an international class action lawsuit for victims which is a public interest case and we focus on raising awareness and to provide our unheard community with advice and a voice.
