Radio Frequency Scans

ICATOR has set up a radio frequency (RF) scanning program in a shielded environment (Faraday cage) for its members. The objective is to measure radio frequencies emissions coming from illegally placed RFID chips, nanomaterials, biomedical devices or similar technology in the human body. Since an ever increasing number of citizens from all over the world are contacting ICATOR with complaints of electronic terrorism, providing the victims of this non-consensual human experimentation with scientific evidence, became a priority.

1.    RF scanning is organized by ICATOR in a Faraday cage in Brussels, to minimize the possibility that the signals might come from an outside source.

2.    The participants provide us with medical imagery at the anatomical focus point, where the RF emissions are measured. To locate these possible foreign bodies by medical imagery is the responsability of the participant.

3.      Surgery to remove the foreign body/bodies is performed under video monitoring in view of the ICATOR class action lawsuit. This is a shared responsibility between ICATOR and its members.
